About the Faculty of Professional Supplementary Education

Historical note. The Faculty of Supplementary Professional Education was established in 2001.

The Faculty offers supplementary qualifications in basic educational programs of the university. The main objective is to increase professional mobility and social security of students. The Faculty of Supplementary Professional Education gives a real chance to gain new knowledge and upgrade your skills. The faculty performs educational activity in three directions: specialized, artistic and aesthetic.   

The Faculty offers training in the following supplementary specializations:

Specialized education: 

• Journalism;
• The basis of editorship;
• Adobe Photoshop Basics, Coral Draw, 3D Studio Max;
• Websites Design;
• Technical translation course (Oil and Gas English);
• Engineering Graphics (AutoCAD Basics);
• Self-presentation of a businessman.

General professional education:

• Social work with children and teenagers
• Instructor of children and youth tourism
• Costume design (theater fashion);
• Holidays and corporate events organization;
• Czech, French and Spanish languages;
• Interior design;
• History of cinema and film directing (the basics).

Artistic and aesthetic education:

• Folklore of Ob-Ugor peoples;
• Choreography (folk dance);
• Dramatic Play.
