The Study Department was founded on the base of the training directorate in 1999.

The Study Department is one of the main structural subdivisions of the university. It was founded in order to provide the necessary conditions for organization of educational process of the university in accordance with state educational standards of higher professional training.

To reach these objectives, the following subdivisions were founded on the base of the department:

• information and Analytics Department;
• education and Methodics Department;
• division of Monitoring and Quality of Education;
• students Division.

The study department organizes its work in the following directions:

• formation of the unites education space of the university;
• optimization of the educational process on the base of adoption of new educational technologies;
• organization of the educational process;
• coordination of the activities of the Faculties, Chairs and other Sections on elaboration of new curriculum, educational programs as well as developing of new directions of training;
• development of the management system and the quality control of graduates’ training;
• optimization and control of distribution of load training and auditorium fund;
• optimization and work analysis of creating and using of new information technologies in educational process;
• completion of an Integrated Assessment of the university;
• licensing and accreditation of new educational programs of the university.
